This course introduces students to the principles, tools, and applications of Decision Support Systems (DSS) to improve managerial decision-making. It covers the decision-making process, types of DSS, expert systems, artificial intelligence concepts, and data mining. Through case studies and projects, students will learn how to apply frameworks and computer-based tools to design structured, data-driven, and actionable decisions.
