
The course examines the issues underlying e-business models and related challenges. It also pays attention to several aspects related to innovative e-applications (e-government, e-management, m-commerce), the economics of e-business, e-tailing and marketing, e-trust, and legal and ethical issues in global e-business. More precisely, the course examines the impact of e-technologies on marketplace transformation, online business activities/processes, management strategies for e-business, and related issues, with an emphasis on B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) e-business models.
