
This course covers the principles and practices of electronic government (e-Government), with a focus on Jordan’s digital transformation and global best practices. Topics include e-Government stages, service models (G2C, G2B, G2G, G2E), ICT and legal frameworks, and issues related to privacy, trust, and cybersecurity. Students will also examine digital transformation, transparency, citizen engagement, and emerging technologies such as AI, open data, and blockchain. Through case studies, reflections, and group projects, students will develop analytical and teamwork skills while proposing practical e-Government solutions to enhance efficiency and accountability.
