The course provides students with an overview of
contemporary nursing issues that face today’s nurse managers, educators,
leaders and researchers which may impact the quality of care, the health
systems and the population outcomes. It will strengthen student’s abilities in effective
decision-making, safe practice and contribution to health system
development through articulating innovation,
professional self-confidence to cultivate professional identity, visibility and
professional voice
