This practical course is designed to familiarize the student with some selected common disease conditions that he/she is expected to meet and deal with whether he/she works in a community pharmacy, a hospital, or other health facilities. Both non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic approaches to the treatment of these particular clinical conditions will be discussed, based on drug and disease histories of the individual patient (case study).
