Environmental and architectural impact analyses are becoming more and more important. Many organizations, world agencies and NGOs tend to recommend such kind of architectural studies before undertaking any project or program. Such analysis is of paramount importance if we are to take into account issues of sustainability.
The course covers studies of many factors that have an impact either directly or indirectly, on the local environment as a result of development. The main issue is undoubtedly how to preserve and sustain our architecture so that life for future generations will not be compromised. Studies of the negative or positive impacts of our actions on the environment are thus dealt with.
